Memory Journal by Teresa Collins | |

Hi Friends,
Today I'm sharing a wonderful Memory Journal that I learned how to create from
Teresa Collins in a class she taught at
Oh Scrap last January. Teresa is a wonderful designer who's
paper collections are always fresh, beautiful and inspiring. Three of my girlfriends and I attended class and we had a wonderful time. Teresa was sweet enough to take a picture with all of us and
post us on her blog too.
True Story: I'm holding a Memory Jar project created by Teresa that
I won off her blog on New Year's Day. In my blog post, I mentioned to her that I would be attending her Oh Scrap class later that month. Rather than ship it, she hand carried my gift all the way from Utah, on the plane, to personally deliver it to me! Not only is she beautiful, talented, and successful but she is genuinely sweet too!

Beautiful Rhinestone Bling on the Cover |
Teresa brought her two lovely daughters, Taylor and Gentry, to help her set up for the 2013 Winter CHA Show and help with our class. The girls love making the trip to beautiful Southern Ca and we were very lucky to get the chance to meet them. Gentry busied herself taking lots pictures and Taylor helped us stay on track as we created our Memory Journal.

Size: 6" x 9" and 35 Pages Long |
Teresa designed this beautiful Memory Journal using a mix of her new "
Memories" and "
She Said" designer paper collections. The journal measures 6" x 9" and it's 35 pages long. Its big enough to hold plenty of photo's and journaling or
small enough to carry around as a daily planner or desk calendar.

Pages 2 & 3 |
As you can see the pages are full of pockets, adorable envelopes, tags, flaps and
note cards. The Bee Happy tag is my own personal touch. I haven't quite decided how I want to use mine, so I haven't done any more personalization yet.

One of the things Teresa did in class is attach flaps and tags with staples. She used the 'itty bitty' stapler and staples, which I didn't have. So I just used a standard one. How easy is that?

More pockets, pop dot stickers, flip journaling tag and washi tape decorate these pages. Along with our class journal kit Teresa gave us a 'goodie bag' of little trinkets, ribbon, pen and other cute little items to use. I love the black paper clips!
